This week our year 6s went on their residential trip to Aberdovey, leaving a peaceful and quiet home for their parents for a few days! On their trip they all took part in a range of different activities and it looks like they had lots of fun.
All children were able to channel their adventurous side by getting involved with all the activities they had to offer such as; Jetty Jumping, Canoeing, Exploring mountains, gorges and waterfalls and Climbing Jacob's Ladder. After their evening meals, they had hot chocolate, made fires to toast marshmallows on and competed in team building challenges.
Thank you to all the children on the trip for their hard work and for keeping your rooms tidy (there is no excuse for messy rooms at home). Thank you to all the parents for your support in the run up to the trip and labelling your children's clothes, the drying room was emptied in a record time!
